Editing Coordinator/QC projects will be responsible for Quality check and ensure the production managing the freelancers working for the project. He/she needs to ensure the client standards and project deadlines are met.

Qualification:

Professionally Qualified, preferably post graduate

Experience:

2+ yrs in BPO Operations Quality Check

Job Description:

To prepare, implement and monitor production plans
Quality check reports submitted by Freelance editors
Prepare and maintain Quality checklists for all projects
Ensure the report is edited as per the required standards and without any flaws.
Identify inconsistencies between scoring and accompanying narrative
Coordinate with shoppers and freelance editors to obtain additional information as required
Escalate any and all issues to the management/ Client as directed.
Maintain the production/quality/feedback reports as per ISO standards
Analysing Internal Quality feedback with regard to correction, corrective and preventive actions
Responsible for setting up project wise targets and priorities along with TL
Responsible for enhancement / development of knowledge, efficiency, accountability and performance of team
Review and strive to achieve departmental goals
Preparation of Checklists, check-sheets and project updates
Performance evaluation of team members/Freelancers
Support to production
Generate operational reports for management as needed
