1. Business development & revenue generation for recruitment & staffing business through client acquisition.
2. Connecting with new or old clients.
3. Maintaining clients data.
4. Develop business with existing and new clients.
5. Understanding Job Specifications for positions across Job categories and Industries from clients.
6. Managing new and existing accounts with regular meetings and follow up.
7. Market research and interacting with prospect clients through different mediums such as calls, emails, social networking sites.
8.New client Acquisition would be the main part of this role.
